ENRICO & DANIELA
We met in Northern Tuscany over thirty years ago while traveling and share a passion for family, good wine and great food.
Enrico is the winemaker and manages all the operations at the winery from farming the vineyard to the final packaging of the wines.
Daniela was born and raised in Northern Italy and manages both Storico and Centro, making sure customers are happy and getting a glimpse into proper authentic Italian cuisine right here in Tustin.
Both raised in an Italian family, we grew up enjoying good wine, family and great Italian cooking. We love to travel the world with our family and experience simple wines and cuisine from small producers.
Federica has a love and passion for social networking almost as much as she does for her three darling children. She manages all of our social imagery via Facebook & Instagram.
Sandro is our beer scientist at Centro. He is Archaic Craft Brewery! He does it all with our 3bbl brewing system housed within our space.
He has a complete passion for making good beer.
Marissa is the second daughter and Storico Cafe creator and manager. After spending many years in Oregon studying Advertising and working as a barista in the coffee state, she headed back to the sunshine and set up the Cafe. The Cafe is deeply inspired by Oregon and the artistic, inclusive vibe that Oregon is. Marissa has a passion for creating, quality, healing, and sharing her knowledge with others. She believes cafes are a place of love. A place where your life could change. She is passionate about creating a cafe that inspires you do whatever it is you want in life. She is a free spirit with big dreams and loves to exemplify that through her drinks. Each drink is crafted with detail, purpose and a story behind it and its name. Marissa’s vision is one where everyone is seen, heard, happy and caffeinated!
Giulio has a passion and love for design, working as a graphic designer in the advertising industry. He setup and designed the website along with other graphics for Pozzuoli Winery.
